Solicitation #RFP 13-24. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Cheyenne (“City”) is currently seeking proposals for the following work as specified: The Cheyenne Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) was recently allocated a Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) from the US-EPA for planning and the development of a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP). The CPRG grant will allow the Cheyenne MSA to 1) identify strategies to implement energy efficiency and other improvements to reduce operating costs and create a cleaner and safer community and 2) create positive economic development through innovative solutions and workforce development opportunities while reducing greenhouse gases.
