The City of Cheyenne (“City”) is currently seeking proposals for the following work as specified: The City of Cheyenne (City) is requesting fee proposals from a qualified consultant with experience in Historic Preservation (Consultant) for professional services to conducting a Building Conditions Assessment Report of the Masonic Temple, located at 1820 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne WY, 82001. The purpose of this is to document and understand the current conditions of the structure. The information from the Building Conditions Assessment Report will aid with further planning, restoration, repair, maintenance, renovation, and preservation efforts.
