The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide: replacement of the existing watermain in Jefferson Street and a portion of Valley Avenue. Work also includes a bypass watermain, water service line replacements, sanitary sewer, manhole and lateral pipe replacements, and some stormwater inlets.
