The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide: construction of a new pump station including precast concrete building, controls, standby generator, site electrical, yard piping, security fencing, grading and paving.
