SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND APPLICABLE ADDENDA SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM DEMANDSTAR.Link to view City of Manassas solicitations:https://www.demandstar.com/app/agencies/virginia/city-of-manassas/procurement-opportunities/19f69d32-2937-4f84-bcf3-aec285941c4c/ The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from Offerors to establish one or more contracts, through competitive negotiation, for the Jennie Dean Historic Cottage Relocation Project. The project consists of two distinct but coordinated components. The City may award the components separately to multiple Offerors or may award both components to a single Offeror, as determined to be in the best interest of the City.
