Reference #CIZ26-PKR-3234. Description: Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects planned for this contract consist of major maintenance, historical preservation, and service life safety upgrades at various existing City facilities. The Scope of Work for a JOC project may include one or more of the following building systems or components:
Accessibility improvements including accessible route from parking Building envelope components HVAC systems Electrical systems Plumbing systems Interior finishes Exterior finishes Millwork & Cabinetry Roof repair and/or replacement Waterproofing Minor Civil work supporting buildings.
Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference held in person on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (CDT) at City Hall, 1500 Marilla, Room LF1N Auditorium, Dallas, TX, 75201.
