The intent and purpose of this IFB, is to establish annual contracts with qualified suppliers to furnish and provide inside delivery of bulk rock salt to the County of Henrico, Virginia (the âCountyâ) Virginia Department of Public Works in accordance with the Scope of Work/Services section of the solicitation.
