The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide one or a combination of the following services for transportation projects on a statewide basis: Pavement Evaluation, Testing and Design Geotechnical Investigation, Testing, Evaluation and Design Specialized services related to pavement engineering.The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $2,000,000 per term.The solicitation information and documents are available at www.bidexpress.com. Registration is required in order to view and respond to the solicitation; details and instructions are available at www.bidexpress.com. There is no cost to register.All inquiries shall be submitted ONLY through the Bid Express Q & A section, where responses will be published for all Offerors. All changes, including addenda, will be published at www.bidexpress.com under the selected solicitation. Expression of Interest must be received by 2:00 p.m. on October 19, 2026, via www.bidexpress.com.VDOT assures compliance with Title VI requirements of nondiscrimination in all activities pursuant to this advertisement.
