Issued by Freemansburg Borough, Northampton County, PA. Bids will be received online by Freemansburg Borough via PennBid until 11:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, October 1, 2026, for the:

AMPHITHEATER / COMMUNITY CENTER – PHASE 4, FREEMANSBURG BOROUGH, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA

The project consists of the design and construction of cast-in-place concrete retaining walls and concrete footings, furnishing all supervision, personnel, labor, materials, machinery and equipment, tools, appurtenances, and all other associated work listed herein and as indicated in the plans. Any and all geotechnical investigation necessary for the design of the walls is the responsibility of the contractor.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the Freemansburg Borough Building, 600 Monroe Street, Freemansburg, PA.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of Freemansburg Borough in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid price. Said bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders.

Bidders are advised that workers employed on this project must be paid federal Davis-Bacon wage rates promulgated by the U.S. government (through SAM.gov).

No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the opening date. Freemansburg Borough reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any bidding informalities. Project closes Oct 06, 2026 11:00 AM EDT.
