Solicitation #RFP 27-11. Issued by Public Works - Capital Development. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish one or more term contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of professional design services (architectural and engineering, planning, interior design, landscape architecture, and construction administration services) for the City of Charlottesville (Owner). The term contract(s) will include project types such as those listed herein. The successful offeror(s) will be required to provide complete design and consulting services for all, or specific types, of the various project types listed.
