Solicitation #IFB 27-40. Issued by Public Works - Capital Development. The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for IFB 27-40 for MEADOWCREEK GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION PUMP/MOTOR ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (2). Project Description: This work is to remove and replace existing pump/motor assemblies which are part of the Meadowcreek Golf Course irrigation system. This work will be conducted by a General Contractor hired under this IFB and will include planning, procurement of specified materials, receipt of materials, hiring and directing the work including self-performance and of sub-contractors. This project intends to procure the services of a General Contractor to procure and receive Pump/Motor assemblies and to replace the existing units, currently in use, which are nearing the end of their useful life
