The City of Charlottesville is seeking a service provider to provide on-call as-needed, project-based SAP Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and optional consulting and implementation service for their SAP environment. The principal components of City of Charlottesville’s SAP environment are RISE with S/4 HANA (private cloud edition) and SuccessFactors. The City reserves the right to award a contract to one or more qualified vendors under this Request for Proposal (RFP). All support services will be onshore and provided during normal city working hours. The objective is to ensure system stability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of the SAP environment.
