Project Description: This project includes structural, waterproofing, and miscellaneous repairs to the existing Market Street Parking Garage; a cast-in-place concrete parking facility. Repairs include: cleaning and painting limited steel; bollard installation and repairs; signage updates; striping updates; re-striping of the stalls and other markings; cleaning portions of the brick facade; and installation of limited chain link fencing.
