Solicitation #RFQ 25-124. Issued by Public Works - Capital Development. The scope of this project involves the complete removal of existing floor finishes in designated CHS school staff offices and the main office lobby. Work includes the removal and proper disposal of all carpet, VCT, cove base, associated adhesives and accessories to prepare the concrete substrate for refinishing. Following removal, the contractor will grind, polish, and dye the exposed concrete floor to meet specified finish standards per specification.
