The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors or firms to establish a term contract through competitive negotiation to provide engineering services for the City of Charlottesville’s (hereinafter referred to as “City” or “City of Charlottesville”) Department of Utilities. This may include work for the City's water, wastewater, stormwater & gas infrastructure needs.
