Solicitation #IFB 26-09. Issued by Public Works - Capital Development. The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for IFB# IFB 26-09 for 10TH AND GRADY AVENUE BIKE PED IMPROVEMENTS AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS AT PRESTON AND HARRIS. Project Description: This project is a combination of the 10th and Grady Bike Ped Improvements Project and the Pedestrian Improvements at the Preston and Harris Intersection. The 10th and Grady project consists of improvements and additions to the pedestrian signals and ADA curb ramp improvements and additions around the intersection. The Preston and Harris intersection consists of pedestrian improvements on all four corners of the intersection.
