Solicitation #RFP 25-66. Issued by Charlottesville Area Transit. The City of Charlottesville is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the performance of a compliance review of Jaunt, Inc.'s complementary paratransit service. Jaunt's paratransit service receives federal grant funding through a subrecipient agreement with Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT). This compliance review will aid CAT in ensuring that Jaunt's paratransit service provides all required services and maintains regulatory compliance as appropriate. CAT will assess the subrecipient 's management practices and program implementation are administered in accordance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements and are meeting program objectives. The subrecipient must ensure that federally supported transit services and related benefits are distributed in an equitable manner.
