Solicitation #RFQ 25-57. Issued by Public Works - Facilities Maintenance. The City of Charlottesville is seeking price quotations to provide all labor and materials necessary to provide a minor refinish of the wooden gymnasium floor at Charlottesville High School. The school is located at 1400 Melbourne Road, Charlottesville VA. This work will be done on the large (main) gym floor. This work must be accomplished during the 2024/2025 scheduled winter break. Interested vendors shall ensure they have the capacity and availability to accomplish the scope of work during this time period. (December 20, 2024 to January 3, 2025) This project is limited to removing the top layer of the existing finish and reapplying a minimum two coats of new finish.
