Solicitation #IFB 25-25. Issued by Public Works - Facilities Development. The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for IFB 25-25 for CHARLOTTESVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL (CMS) - SIGNAGE FABRICATION & INSTALLATION. Project Description: Fabricate and install building signage at Buford / Charlottesville Middle School, as detailed in the Construction Documents. The scope of service generally includes but is not limited to the following: Fabricate and install Code and Wayfinding Signage, Wallcoverings and Graphics, for both the new construction phase (Phase 1: Building Areas A,B&C) and the renovation of existing phase (Phase 2: Building Areas D,E&F) of the new Charlottesville Middle School. Installation will occur in four (4) parts: Phase 1A - All CODE Signage (In Areas A,B&C), Phase 1B - All WAY, WALL,GRAPH Signage (In Areas A,B&C). Phase 2A - All CODE Signage (In Areas D,E&F), Phase 2B - All WAY, WALL,GRAPH Signage (In Areas D,E&F)
