Official description
Solicitation #RFP 25-01. Issued by Public Works. This project’s purpose is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors to furnish, install, service, maintain, and stock snack food vending machines and beverage vending machines services to the City of Charlottesville. The City currently has 31 machines across various locations in the City that serves 1,000 people as well as members of the public. Given the large amount of foot traffic, the City wants to continue to provide and improve the experience for the customers being served with these machines which will also provide ample opportunity for sales and brand exposure to the selected vendor.
