Issued by SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICTS - Utah Transit Authority. Reference #26-04062RW. The Utah Transit Authority (“UTA”) is soliciting proposals for a software solution to provide complete compliance support for GASB Statement No. 87 (Leases) and GASB Statement No. 96 (Subscription-Based Information Technology Arrangements). The proposed solution shall be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform (or approved equal) capable of tracking, calculating, and reporting all required financial data and disclosures for both standards. The system shall serve as the authoritative system of record for lease and SBITA accounting. The solution must support a minimum of five hundred fifty (550) total active records (combined leases and SBITAs) and shall be scalable to accommodate future growth without degradation in performance, reporting, or system functionality.
