RFB: 2026-015 Bulk Aluminum Sulfate for Waste Treatment Plant in Solution

Issued by CITIES - Springville City. Reference #RFB: 2026-015. Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept bids to furnish the Bulk Aluminum Sulfate for the Waste Treatment Plant in Solution according to specifications provided in this bid contract, and described in general as:

Providing and delivering bulk Aluminum Sulfate in solution to the Springville Waste Treatment Facility approximately every 2 weeks as needed for the plant operation for the following (1) year. (Project Summary)

Bids will be accepted by the OWNER until 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Bids may be delivered sealed to Springville City at 110 S Main St, Springville, UT 84663 or submitted at https://utah.bonfirehub.com/. After the deadline, the sealed bids will be opened by Springville Public Works and Springville Finance Representatives. A tabulation spreadsheet will then be emailed out to the bidders. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The OWNER will then make the decision of award and contact the individual bidders with the decision on or after Monday, Oct 5, 2026.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be executed by the winning CONTRACTOR may be obtained on or after the date of the bid award at the Springville City Offices, upstairs in the Community Development Office. These CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will include an agreement to be signed by both the CONTRACTOR and the OWNER prior to any work commencing.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly submitted and signed will be accepted. Project closes Sep 30, 2026 2:00 PM MDT.
