The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with a provider to provide the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) with Pavement Marking Waterborne Traffic Paint in white, yellow, and black meeting UDOT standard specification 02765: Pavement Marking - Waterborne Paint.

This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
