Official description
Issued by Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required for Big Oak Road Pedestrian Crossing Improvements as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. The project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of Flashing Warning Devices with associated mast arm, stub poles, pedestals, signage, conduit, pavement markings, and maintenance and protection of traffic; and all necessary appurtenant work materials required to complete the work indicated. The successful Contractor must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination as indicated in the Contract Documents and must be PENNDOT pre-qualified. All contractors must be pre-qualified with PennDOT in accordance with section 102.01 of PennDOT Publication 408, latest edition. Project closes Oct 07, 2026 10:00 AM EDT.
