**Questions: Deadline for submittal of questions is 10/9/2026 09:00:00 AM (MT). All questions shall be submitted in writing to: https://sandycity.ionwave.net/Login.aspx.**
**Submission: All RFP’should be summitted to: https://sandycity.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Closing Date for proposals is 10/13/2026 09:00:00 AM (MT).**
