Professional Services Requested: Independent Consultant for Reagionally Significant Development Zone Length of Contract: Not to exceed 5 years

The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15 for the purchase of Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The vendor with the highest- ranking will be selected to negotiate a contract at compensation determined to be fair and reasonable. If fair and reasonable compensation, contract requirements, and contract documents cannot be agreed upon with the highest ranked vendor, the state may proceed with negotiations with the next highest ranked vendor. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications. Stage 1: Techncial Proposals Evaluation Responsive proposals will be evaluated by an evaluation criteria noted in the Techncial Criteria of this RFSQ. Proposals wil be evaluated against the evluation criteria as follows: For the purpose of this RFSQ there are 700 total points available via the selection criteria: *Please also see Attachment C- Technical Criteria. Techncial Scoring Summary 1. Criteria 1 Vendor Qualifications (Points Possible-250) 2. Criteria 2 Scope of Services (Points Possible-250) 3. Criteria 3 Project Timeline (Points Possible-100) 4. Criteria 4 Project Budget (Points Possible-100) The evaluation score sheet has been attached to this RFSQ.
