Solicitation #24-070. Issued by Facilities. TRWD is looking for a qualified vendor to complete the first phase of constructing a water quality laboratory building at the TRWD Richland Chambers complex. The project site will be located at 140 FM 416, Streetman, TX 75859. This project is bidding concurrently with projects 24-069 and 24-071. The vendor awarded this contract will provide all required materials and services outlined in this document, unless otherwise stated within.
