The City of Sugar Land seeks a Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) to work with a historic preservation architect to design the replacement of the roof, windows, ventilation, electrical and limited structural repairs. The CMAR should have verifiable experience in historical building preservation, working with architects to implement replacement of these items on similar size projects.
