Description: Replacing the existing low water crossing on Golf Course Road at Midland Draw with a cul-de-sac on Golf Course Road immediately west of the channel, removing the existing low water crossing, and extending Scharbauer Draw from Fairgrounds Road southeast along the north side of Midland Draw to connect to the end of Golf Course Road immediately east of the channel. Project closes Oct 22, 2026 2:00 PM CDT.
