C-A NATIVE CONSTRUCTORS INC, 4000 E Harris RD, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74403-2303. The Government evaluated the proposal in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation. Discussions were not conducted for this procurement.
