Contract Term: Five (5)-year period with no renewal options.

Business Enterprise Goal: Goal for this contract is 0 % (which requires an SBE+ certification to meet the goal).

Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable. Project closes Oct 27, 2026 2:00 PM CDT.
