Reference #RFP 2026-055. Department: Airport Services. Description: Request for Proposals – RFP 2026-055 Baggage Handling System (BHS) and Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) On-Call Maintenance, Repairs and Inspection Services. Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for a contractor to provide qualified supervision, labor, technicians, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, materials, supplies, replacement components, documentation and other resources necessary to perform scheduled and on-call services for Airport-owned BHS and PBB equipment. Work shall be performed in accordance with applicable manufacturer recommendations, accepted industry practices, Airport requirements an applicable laws and safety standards. Project closes Oct 20, 2026 2:00 PM CDT.
