Bid packets may be obtained beginning Thursday, September 3, 2026, from https://dallascityhall.bonfirehub.com. All Addenda will be posted to Bonfire. Bids are due at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026, and will be opened by the City at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026.
