Reference #2098195. Description: The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Authority is seeking bids for the replacement of an existing overhead roll-up door at the VAF Annex Building located at 3021 Oak Lane, Dallas, Texas.

**Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit** A mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on **October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM**. Attendance at the site visit is a material requirement of this solicitation. Vendors that fail to attend the mandatory site visit may be deemed nonresponsive and may not be considered for award.

Vendors are asked to submit their attendance confirmation through the "Important Events" section no later than the deadline specified. Vendors should indicate whether they will or will not attend the site visit. Attendance will be verified at the site visit. Project closes Oct 06, 2026 2:00 PM CDT.
