Request for Quote (RFQ). Issued by KID-Department of Children & Youth. Commodity: Project monitoring and evaluation. Lot 1, round 1. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit proposals for DCY, through the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood, to evaluate the Responsible Fatherhood Initiative (RFI). The RFI aims to strengthen father engagement across Ohio by providing fathers with resources, support, and encouragement to enhance their parenting role. Initiative activities include a statewide media campaign and locally delivered services in participating counties. The selected Contractor will assess the effectiveness and sustainability of the RFI and the performance of the five grantees operating in 12 Ohio counties.
