Description: Charlotte Water is seeking qualified companies to provide comprehensive finished surface cleaning and restoration services for facilities and surfaces owned or maintained by Charlotte Water. Surface types include but not limited to, interior flooring (carpet, ceramic tile & grout, concrete, luxury vinyl tile, marble, stone, terrazzo), vertical surfaces (interior & exterior windows, wood, stone, metal, masonry), and miscellaneous (high bay dusting & cleaning, HVAC ductwork, pressure washing, upholstery) Project closes Oct 19, 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
