Project features included under the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Phase 1 are rectangular rapid flashing pedestrian beacon, accessible pedestrian signal upgrades, lead pedestrian interval signal upgrades, concrete curb ramps, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb & gutter, milling, concrete island, concrete pedestrian refuge and pavement markings.
