Division 9 Office HVAC Replacement- The work on this project consists of replacement of the existing HVAC system including 10 packaged rooftop units, ductwork, grilles and diffusors. It also includes a structural dunnage system to support the packaged units on the rooftop, and all new suspended ceilings. The building will be partially occupied throughout construction. Special instructions: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 9 AM. The meeting will take place at the project site, 375 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27127 Department: STATE OF NC - CONSTRUCTION OFFICE. Solicitation type: IFB.
