Public Notice. Agency solicitation #RFP2027-003. Issued by City of Gaithersburg. Category: Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services. The City of Gaithersburg (“City”) is seeking an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide construction services to replace approximately 1,020 sq. ft. of pressure-treated wooden boardwalk in front of the B&O Train Station, located at 5 South Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. The funding for this project will be through the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A ny contract resulting from this solicitation (“RFP”) shall be subject to additional reporting as necessary to fulfill grant fund requirements. The Contractor and any subcontractors must pay the Federal Davis Bacon wage rates for this Construction project under General Decision Number: MD20260120 dated 06/04/2026 .
