Special instructions: Interested bidders are encouraged to attend one of the two scheduled site visits. One will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 9am and the second one will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 1pm, at the Saddlebrook Stream, located at 8107 River Park Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715.
