DCEO needs to amend contract P100446 (IFB Connect IL Implementation Tech Assistance) to add additional funding required to comply with the federal Supplemental Deployment Policy Notice (SPDN) released by NTIA in September 2026. The SPDN mandates a second round of subgrantee selection for the BEAD program. Item 1 (918-32 Consulting Services (Not Otherwise Classified)): Amendment to contract P-100446 (IFB Connect IL Implementation Tech Assistance) to add additional funding required to comply with the federal Supplemental Deployment Policy Notice (SPDN) released by NTIA in September 2026. The SPDN mandates a second round of subgrantee selection for the BEAD program. This amendment does not change the scope of work; it is an expansion of the same services already provided under the existing contract.
