Reference #27-010. Description: The Ridgeview Park Improvements Project in Sandy Springs, Georgia, is a comprehensive improvement initiative designed to enhance existing park infrastructure, accessibility, and site conditions. The project scope includes site preparation and demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, and erosion and sedimentation control; installation and improvement of asphalt paving, concrete walks and site concrete, permeable pavers, and associated site features; and construction of water distribution and sanitary sewer improvements. The project also includes installation of chain-link fencing and gates, turf and grass restoration, and protection of existing vegetation, utilities, and site improvements designated to remain. Project closes Nov 06, 2026 2:00 PM EST.
