Reference #27-009. Description: Convert the existing office/warehouse building into a temporary fire station suitable for continuous Fire Department occupancy and operations. Provide functional spaces for firefighters, including apparatus-related support, living/administrative areas, restrooms, showers, kitchen/breakroom functions, storage, and associated support spaces as shown on the Contract Documents. Provide reliable plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, electrical, lighting, life-safety, doors/hardware, ceilings, walls, flooring, and overhead-door systems. Project closes Oct 15, 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
