Interested firms will be evaluated based on demonstrated experience, technical capability, ability to meet schedule requirements, and capacity to manage multidisciplinary design�build delivery. The City�s expectation is that the selected Design�Build team will be responsible for comprehensive project execution encompassing design, permitting, engineering, construction, quality assurance, and facility turnover. A Pre�Solicitation Conference will be announced to provide additional project clarity and address vendor questions regarding criteria, deliverables, and expectations.
