The Griffin-Spalding County School System (GSCS) is seeking proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to provide comprehensive special education staffing and employer-of-record services. The selected contractor shall recruit, hire, credential, employ, manage, compensate, and replace qualified personnel to support special education programs throughout the District. GSCS serves approximately 10,000 students across 18 schools and seeks a provider capable of delivering reliable staffing, workforce management, compliance support, technology tools, reporting, and quality assurance services. The District intends to establish a partnership that supports staffing stability, minimizes service interruptions, supports IDEA compliance, and provides transparency regarding workforce performance and outcomes.
