Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected to provide Construction Management services for the Marion County Utilities – Silver Springs Shores (East) Maintenance Equipment project at 450 Emerald Road Ocala, FL at the County of Marion.

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is currently accepting subcontractor/vendor prequalification applications for the following scopes of work: CONCRETE. MASONRY, WATERPROOFING, DOORS/FRAMES/HARDWARE, GLASS & GLAZING, OVERHEAD DOORS, DRYWALL/FRAMING, STUCCO, PAINTING/COATINGS/WALLCOVERINGS, FLOORING, RESINOUS FLOORING, SIGNAGE, METAL CANOPIES, SPECIALTIES, CASEWORK, METAL BUILDING, PLUMBING, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, COMMUNICATIONS, ACCESS CONTROL, SITEWORK All parties interested in bidding on this project must be prequalified for their bid to be considered.
