Solicitation #26-055. Issued by Peter Prince Airport. Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the construction of a new Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) at Peter Prince Field. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on September 9, 2026 at the AMS building at Peter Prince Airport at 5550 North Airport Road, Milton, Florida 32583. Specifications may be secured through the Santa Rosa County e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/santarosafl Questions concerning this request should be submitted through the e-Procurement Portal by 12:00 pm on Friday, September 18, 2026. Please submit electronic responses via the County e-Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/santarosafl. Submittals may be received up to but not later than 10:00 am on Monday, October 5, 2026. Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners encourages all segments of the business community to participate in its procurement opportunities, including small businesses, minority/women owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises. The Board does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, disability, sex, or age in the administration of contracts.
