Solicitation #26-A-354. Issued by Procurement. The City of Coral Springs, FL, is soliciting sealed responses for Hotel Developer And Operator For The Sportsplex. Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/coralsprings PRIOR TO 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. The City is seeking qualified development partners to submit proposals for the design, financing, construction, and operation of a hotel (minimum 3 star/diamond rating) of at least 225 rooms on site, with pool features, and a rooftop bar or lounge on an undeveloped 4.5‑acre parcel located within the Sportsplex, situated at the southeast corner of Sportsplex Drive and Sample Road.
