Solicitation #RFP-DS-0148. Issued by Public Information and Education (PIE). Proposals are being accepted by West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin), a Municipal Water District, for On Campus Water Education Assemblies for 2026-2027. Respondent shall plan and implement a water conservation-focused assembly program for schools within West Basin's service area. The programs shall educate participants about California water resources, the importance of water conservation, and water stewardship. All cost proposals should incorporate project administration (participation data collection, reporting, etc.) and planning, employee benefits and salary, travel time, and vehicle and fuel costs. Up to 24 sessions will be offered each school year. The ideal Respondent is expected to deliver consistently high-quality education programs led by highly trained instructors and showcase specialized water education content and innovative, hands-on, thought-provoking educational pedagogy that reflects West Basin's strong commitment to water education and conservation programs. West Basin is seeking to award a one-year contract.
