Description: Converting an existing 2-story concrete-framed building into a secure 38-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC).The project includes building additions for an enclosed sally port, elevator tower, service area, and additional rooms. The work involves new office and clinical spaces, bedrooms, ADA restrooms and showers, kitchen remodel, concrete perimeter site walls, ADA ramps and walkways, secure recreational yard, paved parking lot and lighting, new generator, water and other utility improvements, stormwater basin, and new road infrastructure.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, abatement, tree removals, earthwork, reinforced concrete walls, masonry, AC paving, concrete walkways, landscaping and irrigation, interior framing, MEP, HVAC, fire protection, roofing, interior/exterior framing, flooring, paint, casework, and new utility connections. Project closes Oct 14, 2026 2:00 PM PDT.
